Please note we ONLY do alterations for clients near our studio. Garments can be altered at extra cost with prior appointment.

Local Purchases and Delivery
Your order will be processed within 2 – 3 working days, subject to stock availability. Please note most stock is made to order and allow 7 – 14 working days to receive your order. All orders are dispatched with our courier; Courier Guy and arrive within 2 – 4 working days provided if the order items are in stock and if you are situated within major delivery points, otherwise, 7 – 9 working days. If you would like your tracking number for your order please email us.
Postnet to Postnet 0-5kg – R99 (3-4 working days)
Paxi 5kg – R60 – (7-9 working days)
Paxi 10kg – R100 (7-9 working days)
Orders over R 850 automatically is FREE shipping.
You can also choose to pick up from our Studio in Bethlehem.
Please make sure to check the correct shipping options before continue of payment.
International Purchases and Delivery
We only ship within South Africa from this site at the moment.

Returns and Exchanges of online purchases
We do not offer Refunds or Cash Returns, only credit codes/ notes
NO ITEMS THAT ARE ON SALE MAY BE RETURNED
If a customer is unhappy with a style or size purchased, they may return the item/s within 14 days of receiving their order, in exchange for a voucher. Please notify us of your intended return within 7 days of receipt of goods. The voucher issued may be used against future purchases online. Once a voucher code is used, it cannot be reused. Each voucher is unique, and can only be issued once. Please keep your voucher safe until use.
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please make sure of sizes before purchase.
We do not credit shipping costs. The voucher only covers the value of the item being returned.
A credit note will be issued once the garments have been received at our studio in good condition. Please return your item/s in their original packaging with all relevant tags. Any worn, soiled or damaged items will not be accepted.
Return shipping is at the cost and liability of the purchaser. If you are in Bethlehem, you can also drop off your return at the following address:

Credit codes are valid for 3 months from day of issue.
Damaged Items:
In the unfortunate event that you receive a item with a manufacturing defect or an item that is damaged, please report this to us within 5 Days of receipt of goods. Please email us at info@thesewingdiva.co.za with the relevant details, and include photographs of the defect.
Once the defect is confirmed, we will send our courier to collect the item/s at our own cost. The items will then be inspected at our studio, and relevant arrangements for an exchange or refund will be made.
Please return any defect item in its original packaging along with any relevant tags. Any item which has been worn, soiled or damaged after receipt by the client will not be accepted, unless there are extenuating circumstances and the return is approved by management.
We will cover all shipping costs for any items with a manufacturing defect or items which were shipped from our studio already damaged.
Credit Notes and Credit Codes:
Our online system does not allow 2 discount codes to be applyed at the same time.
If we are running a special which is has an automatic discount applied at checkout, you cannot add another discount code to that special.
